IFMA Seeks Executive Director

IFMA is seeking applicants for the position of the Executive Director. The Executive Director is currently a part-time position but has the potential to grow to a full-time role within the organization. The ideal candidate is innovative, organized, energetic, has excellent communication skills, can work independently and embraces the power of creative community connections. The Executive Director will support IFMA in its work to assist and promote successful development of farmers markets throughout Illinois. The Executive Director will work with the IFMA Board, supervise staff and contractors, fundraise, secure and manage grants, market and collaborate with a wide variety of partners, funders and stakeholders in order to further IFMA goals.

The Executive Director is currently a part-time position but has the potential to grow to a full-time role within the organization. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the closing date.
